Technique
Learning proper technique enhances players' enjoyment of the game and increases their chances of success. When players feel confident in their skills and technique, they can fully engage in the game, enjoy the competition, and strive for personal and team achievements.
Be A More Complete Player
Playing beach volleyball is believed to be one of the best training methods, so it’s becoming common for indoor volleyball players to take to the sand during the off season. For indoor volleyball players, playing sand volleyball provides players with additional training, while increasing their physical capabilities while working on all the volleyball skills.
Strength & Conditioning
Training on sand adds an extra layer of resistance compared to indoor volleyball. The unstable surface of the sand requires greater muscular effort to move quickly and maintain balance. Strength training helps athletes build the necessary power and stability to navigate the sand effectively which will translate to indoor volleyball.
